Red wine lovers can now indulge in a red wine designed to pair with fish. The secret behind RedFish is that we match the weight and texture of our wine to that of the fish. With RedFish, seafood enthusiasts can now “scale” up seafood dining with this “fish with legs” that delivers a delicate “fin”-ish.
We start with two Bordeaux red varietals and then add one Loire Valley varietal. The wine is then aged in both light and medium toasted American and French oak barrels for 18-months. We then blend all three to create a delicate reserve red wine that is low in tannin with light fruit and hints of spice.
